Terms of use

The rules for this website, the waitlist, the Re-Blocks beta, and buying and using Re-Blocks. Last updated 7 November 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by DecentAudioTools, Ganību dambis 38, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the website you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

This website

The website describes our products and shares guides about mixing. The guides are our own experience and opinion, not professional advice for your specific project. We keep the information as accurate as we can, but products change before and after launch, and so does this site.

Please don't misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it or send automated form submissions.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. We send you news about the beta, the launch and the free trial. You can unsubscribe at any time, and joining doesn't oblige you to buy anything.

Beta-Blocks, the beta tester program

  • We choose beta testers from the applications. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.
  • Beta builds are pre-release software provided as they are. They can crash, behave differently from the final version, or stop working when the beta ends. Save a copy of your projects before you open them with a beta build.
  • Beta builds are for you only. Please don't pass on installers, download links or licences.
  • If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve our products without owing you anything for them. We only publish your words or your name with your permission.
  • We can end the beta, or your place in it, at any time.

Buying, the trial and licences

Re-Blocks is not on sale yet. When it is, this is how it works:

  • Who sells it: Moonbase, our reseller (the “merchant of record”). Moonbase AS (Norway) or Moonbase LLC (USA), whichever is named on your order, is the seller. It takes your payment, issues the receipt and handles tax and refunds under its terms for buyers. The licence to use Re-Blocks comes from us.
  • Price: €29 in one payment, or rent-to-own at €9.99 a month for three months. Prices in the EU include VAT.
  • Rent-to-own: three monthly payments of €9.99, €29.97 in total. Re-Blocks works from the first payment. After the third payment the licence is yours to keep and the payments stop. If you stop paying before that, Re-Blocks works until the end of the month you paid for.
  • The free trial: 7 days, with a free account and no payment details. When it ends, Re-Blocks locks: it shows its activation screen and B REF plays your mix instead of the reference. Your mix and every Link gain stay as they were.
  • Your licence: one licence works on 3 computers. You can free a computer in Re-Blocks (Settings, then License) or in your account. Re-Blocks checks the licence online now and then and keeps working offline for up to a week. Computers without internet can be activated offline.
  • Your right to withdraw: as a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For software you download, that right ends once delivery starts, if you agree to that at checkout.

The full licence agreement will be published here before launch.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data or projects that result from using this website or a beta build. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and disputes go to the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can go to your local courts.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
